Katie Palmer, BCBA

Katie earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in drama from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. After a few professional opportunities in New York and on the road, she opted to take those skills into teaching.  Katie has worked in education since 1999 serving as a teacher, aesthetic education artist, behavior interventionist, consultant, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  Her training also provided experiences in clinical settings and home-based services.  In 2018 she designed and founded Two Roads Academy, an independent school in Vermont using a behavior analytic approach to building psychological flexibility integrated with Outdoor Education, Project Based Learning, and Restorative Justice.  She joined the Imagine team in late 2019 to help change lives through the application of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Melissa B., BCBA

Melissa became interested in Applied Behavior Analysis while working towards her Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education at the University of South Carolina (USC). Following graduation she taught preschool, served as a classroom aide and provided direct, clinical ABA services. She decided to make a career in ABA, graduating in 2018 with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus in Autism from Ball State University. Shortly after graduation she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Melissa moved to Idaho in 2019 and is excited about the growth and change that ABA will bring to Idaho and the individuals she serves.
